Citi is disgusting!!!!

I am absolutely disgusted by the way Citi processes and treats people. I previously regarded Citi as an institution of high reputation and standard. NOW I have been disappointed, disgusted and destroyed by their incompetence. I have been disadvantaged and now have to suffer for someone else's mistake.
