They lost my R10 000 parcel.

Having dealt with many couriers, this is the worst! They gave my R10 000 stock to a 3rd party and can't confirm who it is or where my stock is. 7days later now- I am already losing money and they respond very unprofessional and snotty which makes me worry even more.
