Poor service from Citi-sprint couriers

So angry right now. Waiting on books for my daughters school curriculum. I placed and paid for my order on Tuesday this week. No delivery and no feedback at all from people at Citi-sprint. I have used almost R150 airtime calling them dealing with Chene Taylor to be told Andy promised she would call me back with absolutely no joy. How dare you demand cash payment up front. COD should be exactly that CASH ON DELIVERY AMD ONLY ON DELIVERY. Don’t rob people, ignore them and not give them the service they deserve . My daughter now has to start school without her books next week!
