Poor service

Horrible service i have ever received from a courier company. The driver was told that he is at the wrong address and he left without calling me to verify the address with me. I called the Cape Town office to handle the situation explaining to them that I have cancelled my appointments to receive the parcel. All that they told me was they can only deliver on Monday there's nothing they can do.
