Poor Customer Service

I’ve been waiting for a parcel from Cape Town for over 3days now, but my main issue is that no one there is willing to help. You’re transferred from one person to another (nearly 4 times) before you get someone who’s meant to help with your query and then says “I will call you back” and drops the line. Doesn’t take my details or nothing, and yet I’m suppose to expect a call back from that same person. Awful customer service, and looking at previous reviews, you cannot rely on customer service or calling them as they are just hopeless when it comes to just inquiring about a parcel status.
