Absolutely horrible service. I booked a pickup and delivery stressing that the delivery was urgent. The courier arrived to pick up the parcel but the lady had called in sick so instead of letting me know so i could resolve he just left and had to be sent back - which took hours. Then the payment instruction is completely unclear so after opting for snapscan i waited for a generated snapscan - only to be told i needed to go to the website and generate payment myself. More hours gone by. Then this morning i was told the payment needs to clear which could take a day or so. if i'd known that I could have done a cash payment or instant EFT. Not an apology from anyone even after expressing huge disappointment. I still don't have the parcel which was urgent yesterday morning and probably won't have it until tomorrow if i am lucky. Don't do it there must be other suppliers who take delivery more seriously. Also I am not sure what position Ricardo Africa has but the emails are beyond curt.
