Non delivery
Shocking service from citisprint I ordered to get my delivery today I called now to follow up and told the driver was here but I never received any call from him
Now I have to wait another day before I can take my supplements...
If I'd known it was going to not be delivered I would have collected it myself
Not sure why a company with a good reputation would use such an awful courier company
All other courier companies will try to make contact in various ways... There is sms, WhatsApp, calling their office to make contact....
But just to drive away without any further attempt is quite sad

We discussed this with our Operations Team and we've seen the calls made to you and attempts to get our package delivered. We can't put other deliveries on hold because we tried reaching you and got no answer. We've sent the Call records and Events to Faithful to Nature. On our end we've pursed our utmost best to get your package delivered. In the future please ensure we can reach and gain access to your complex.
