<p>It takes Citi Sprint longer than SA Postal services would take.</p> <p>3 -5 days to collect in Pretoria and bring it down to Cape Town is redicolous.</p> <p>Citi Sprint has no monopoly on the SAPS police clearnce deliveries so better use DHL </p>

We do not claim to have a monopoly on any consignments or destinations we ship to on behalf of any client, just as we believe you exercised your free choice to use our services for your shipment back from Pretoria.
Any person is free to choose whichever courier they would like to use, including DHL, of course.
Once a document is made available to us by the authorities in Pretoria, we ship it down on an overnight service. Our records show that you requested us on the 6th July to collect your document, the latter of which has not been released to the courier by the ******** Record Centre in Pretoria.
We have neither any influence nor any control over the processing of any ******** record clearance applications as we have no affiliation whatsoever with the ******** Record Centre in Pretoria.
Perhaps you would like to contact them on ********** to follow up on possible reasons for the delay.
Please rest assured that as soon as clearance certificates are released to us, we do return all of them on an overnight basis to all main centre destinations.
