False advertising, blatant lies and terrible customer relations

<p>Do not use Citi-Sprint couriers (recommended by SAPS) for the collection and delivery of your police clearance certificate. They indicate a 3-5 working day delivery service. I am now still waiting for my delivery after 12 working days. To add to it I have phoned repeatedly and been blatantly **** to about the status of my delivery. This has resulted in me having to incur costs to internationally courier the document as the person who needed this had to leave the country 8 working days after I ordered the service. Had I been told the truth I could have made alternative arrangements as I had family in the area from day 4-7. No apology or compensation from them! Disgusting and unacceptable!</p>
