Citi- Sprint failure!

If you are planning to send a package, and you want it to arrive in any sort of decent shape, DO NOT use Citi Sprint. Even after telling them clearly that we were sending a lamp, which was obviously fragile, there was no care taken with the item. It arrived in a thousand pieces and totally un-usable. The item was bubble wrapped and packed securely in a box, which looked like it had been dropped off the back of the truck a few times. They take no responsibility for it, and tell you it's not their problem when you speak to the higher ups. Terrible!
