Appalling service !

Appalling service ! Paid them to collect two specific documents and they came back with two copies of the same document. Whats worse is that they not willing to take accountability for their mistake. I am told that in order for them to fix the problem, I must pay an additional amount. This happens after we had told them on two separate documents the reference number of the documents we wanted to collect. When we call to report the matter, we are told that they shall not take accountability for the mistake. What a bad service. I would not recommend Citi-Sprint to anyone. I was our first time using them and certainly our last.
