3 months waiting on courier service for delivery

On 11 February I requested collection of Police Clearance Certificate and delivery in Cape Town. I submitted information required. After no response I sent follow up email on 18 February to ensure that the request been attended to. I received the following response: \Yes your mail was attended to & the request for the clearance was sent
