Citi Shuttles tried passing the buck after no-show

I had a flight with my son and his mom to Johannesburg from Cape Town. The night before, I made a booking online with Citi Shuttles and received a confirmation e-mail from them. They did not show and when I inquired, they simply said I had no booking. When I provided them with the e-mail, they avoided me. I had additional costs due to me missing my flight because of them, which I feel they should refund me. I had a once off chance to experience something new for the first time with my son and they took that from me.
