So, this guys were supposed to come fix my sliding door at jackal creek last week, never pitched. Had to ask my baby to do follow up off which he did. On the day they were supposed to come the receptionist I think, does the most outrageous thing ever. to sum things up they did not pitch as they usually do. I lose it with the lady because I hate lies and she is lying to me like she went to school for it. fine, to top it all the owner I assume, Trevor, a horrible horrible gent to sum it all up, takes the phone and starts shouting at me telling me I do not have an emergency and his team was by the gate for an hour 30 mins and the lady had told me that they did not send anyone for the day. And he kept going and going, then hung up. He got me in tears literally. I felt verbally abused. He is a horrible guy, as a businesswoman I understand that if my client has a problem I try to reassure the client and try to find common grounds to build a good relationship so we move along together. My advice to anyone who reads this, please stay away from citi maintenance. They do not own up to anything rather act like kids.
