Robbing desperate citizens with their false advert

Becareful out there my fellow South Africans, this people are schemes. they offer loans @ the lowest rate appealing people with lies, when you get tempted of their rates, theres a catch, you need to pay an upfront fee they say it's for legal fees for the attorney to draw a contract, i was desperate enough i fell in their trap, paid them R4499 they sent me a contract to sign saying theres COT that is needed upfront. they transfered the money saying i have to pay R6250 for COT before they can release and clear the funds. if i dont have it, the money won't be cleared and i will loose the R4499 i paid. there is no financial institutes that does this people do, it's like you are buying the loan, no financial institutes that will need money upfront from a borrower. the fact that you went to them for a loan it shows that you don't have money. and they are not frank from the beggining, they dont explain their T&C. be careful out there, ****** are ready with fultures teeth to prey on us. now they are refusing to pay me back my money. Franklin Vincent called me and clarified that they are not ****** if i want my money they will refund me . I had my doubts but i fell in their trap.
