Not complying to there contract

I app**** for a loan at Citi Loan SA. It was approved for R20 000. I signed and paid the legal fee after a while they send me sms from there bank that said i should pay more money in which i did until a certain sms where i have to pay more money in so i can start to withdraw. I then asked to cancel it and had to pay a cancellation fee with a attorney fee of R3,999. I paid the Attorney fee as stated on the document but in two payments 1st one was R2500 and the 2nd one was R1500 later the same day. Then they came up with a R1000 i should pay so i can get the money cause of a penalty that does not state on there Attorney letter. The penalty is because i paid the money to late but no where does it state about such a penalty just i need to pay it by end of day which i did.
