Dishonest car rental and dangerous vehciles

The worst company I have ever dealt with. No proper paperwork, then get issued with the incorrect vehicle as the one I booked was unavailable. I then got given a dented vehicle with tires worn onto the canvass, and steering so bad that it was a death trap. I had the vehcile repaired as per their instruction, only to be told that they are breaching the contract as they are not making enough money off the vehicle, and that my deposit will not be refunded. Swearing at me ( I am a grandmother !!), threats of violence, threats of arrest and the list goes on. My installments were in credit, and the threats continued. A very ***** bunch, and emails etc are written in a very illeterate manner. A warning to all to steer clear of them. I have a trail of emails and messages confirming all the above. I went to ask a lawyer to get involved. He looked over everything and stated that they were clearly in the wrong. Three weeks of correspondence from my lawyer were simply ignored by this company. It is run by a man named Lesley Deoraj. Be careful people.
