Unprofessional and Classist Conduct by Sales Team at Mmabatho Palms Presentation

I attended a Citation Travel International presentation on 26 August 2026 at Mmabatho Palms Hotel. The overall experience was deeply off-putting. Some team members were highly unprofessional, classist, and appeared completely disinterested in engaging with guests unless we were willing to answer intrusive questions about our net worth and financial standing. Customer engagement should not depend on immediate financial profiling. I would not recommend working with this company.
