Deposit

<p>Good day. When I moved into 72 Sunset Boulevard in December 2015 made a note off all the stuff that is wrong and I mailed it back to CIS the 20th December. I moved out the last Saterday of April after the agent told me I will get my deposit back in 1 week. Last week they mailed me a invoice of stuff that is wrong in the Townhouse and the amount they going to deduct of my deposit. I mailed them the inspevtion sheet that I mailed them in December and still they dont want to pay me back my deposit. They want to invoice me for the stuff I phoned and asked to be fixed and they didnt fix it after 5 months. I left the place in a much cleaner state as what they gave it to me. Today they said that they first need to talk to the owner. But there is no reason not to pay me back my deposit. Theres already new people in the townhouse. I really need the money because I'm a single mother</p>
