BED SERVICE, NO MAINTENANCE, LOSS OF PROPERTY

We are renting a unit in sonneveld through Cis, We have noticed that everytime it rains, the power trips. We have reported the problem in February 2014, in December 2014 we went away and when we came back the electricity was off, we have lost all our food that was in the fridge, not Cis, Astrodon or allinone wants to take responsibility, they said that I should claim from my personal insurance but I can not see why I must do that as the problem was only fixed a year after it has been reported. The director of Cis, Herman Horn does not return any phone calls, he is never at his office, he does not answer his phone, only responds a week later on emails.<br> Astrodon does not maintain the units, the trustees only sits back and collect money but no one does anything about any maintenance problems, the customer services is pathetic.
