Terrible Service

We have visited this restauarant in May this year. We got there at around 1pm for lunch, stayed till about 6pm on wards. The people were still seating in the restaurant and the waiters started clearing up the tables, chairs and umbrellas whilst the customers were there. We asked the waiter why they doing this, he said its the procedure, we called the manager the african guy, he was so rude and did not take us serious at all. We got very upset and insist that we speak to the owner who happened to be in the restaurant (a Europen Lady). She was very apologetic about it and promised that she will descipline the Manager and will definetely come back to us for feedback and offer us a meal voucher for 2. We left our contact details with her and up till now we have not heard from her. We feel that our complaint was not taken seriously that its has taken almost a year just to give us feedback. Circus Circus owes us more than a meal for 2 now. This is very upseting and unaccepteble. We have patient for more than enough!!!
