Poor service and horrible sandwich

Good evening

I have been going to Circus Circus for the past 5 years on a very regular basis....at least twice a week. The supervisor and some staff know me personally by name. In the past 3 to 4 visits ...I found the food not to standard and the wait was just too long. On one occasion my wife ordered an omelette when we had breakfast and there was more chillies in it than anything else. We vowed not to go back and this evening whilst shopping in Gateway...I talked my wife in to going and having some cuppachino of which we agreed on....hoping things would have changed in the past 4 months or so. But no....our cuppachino was served cold....and after awaiting around 20 minutes or so our toasted cheese and tomato sandwich was served.

We ordered salad but was given fries. We said it was ok as we held our cool and didn't want to argue. My sandwich was so dry with tomatoes stuffed in the middle.

I personally feel...in today's business world..we are suffering to keep the economy stabilised and business and service like this should be made public and not supported. I will never go back to Circus Circus and ask the public not to support tardiness of this nature. Very disappointing indeed!
