Poor customer service

Saw some freshly baked scones advertised on their chalkboard and stopped to have a cup of coffee. It was 9:20am. Was brushed off when I asked if they're open by a waiter walking past me saying a blunt NO. I walked away confused as I assumed they opened at 9 and when I checked their site it did state 9. What bothered me the most was the way I was dismissed by this waiter
