NO BURGER PATTIES

Went to Galleria Branch on Saturday afternoon.My daughter and dad order the famous Mother burgers.After 30min one of the kitchen staff Samona came to us to advise if we prepared to wait a little longer as they have run out of burger patties. so we asked her how much longer and shockingly her reply was they need to go to checkers and buy the patties. we cancelled that order but requested that the other orders be brought to us. still waited another 20min and no food arrived, asked the waiter Shane and his reply was i dont know i do not work in the kitchen. we was so upset, we expalined to him that is definitely not the reply to give to your customer. his dutywas to keep us satisfied and provide update on the progress of our meals. We paid for our drinks and walked out.
