Never again after this experience

Hi, was at your gateway branch this evening. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing service. A total waste of time and money.

The waiter was absolutely unfriendly or helpful. Ordered two meals one of which was the veg mezze. The menu or the waiter didn't mention that it was a cold dish. It was tasteless and took forever to come. Do you'll even know what your food tastes like.

Their were flies that kept bugging us so we had to ask for our food to be packed up. No apology or acknowledgement for the flies or they didn't even try to help the situation. When we asked of something could be done the reply was can try a candle but the fan may put it off. Even the table close to us asked for a candle thereafter due to the flies.

Had to stop at a steers to get something satisfying for supper.

What a waste guys...
