Did not deliver on Service Expected

<p>I Have been to Musgrave twice and loved their Service, So when my Wife and I decided to come out for Pasta on tuesday instead of going to our normal place on the 28/02/2017 about 7pm. I was very upset at the fact that we were greated, taken to our seats, ordered drinks only once where served our drinks then only where we told sorry WE ARE OUT OF PASTA SAUCE !!! we cannot serve pasta meals. i was upset and felt Deceived!!! but i didn't want to spoil my wifes evening by getting upset so i ordered a Burger instead. if that was enough my Burger patty comes extremely RAW!!! this made me very upset!!! the manager on shift straight away blamed the waiter instead of trying to Console ME the Customer. my meal was comm. but still that level of service is terrible. I was not even invited to come again and a promise of better service!!! i really hope this level bad service gets dealt with Cause i will never eat here again if this is what i can expect.</p>
