Returned Product + No refund = Theft

<p>I purchased a Circulution product from Clearwater mall. the product wasnt working completely so i returned it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was issued a refund reciept and the money was never retuned into my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>The sales person and staff are sly and abusive.</p> <p> </p> <p>Circulution is a ****!!! </p>
