Forget about getting your money back

I would like to warn the public against purchasing any products from Circulution. My father has been trying for a year now to give the products back and get his money back. The manager in Namibia keeps telling my father to write emails, which to no suprise, has gone unanswered at head office. He was told by the sales man that he could return the products when he purchased them.
