Customer Care just doesn't care!

I wrote to customer support on Friday 27th May2022 stating that I could buy their TENS machine on Takealot for R2500 while on their website it is R4005. I also asked if I could buy a cable which was not included in my first purchase but have had no reply. Companies that don't care about after sales service may just be tax dodgers??
