Bad after sales service!!!

Bad after sales service!!! Bought an Ultra massager unit in Irene mall a week ago and got an American charger. Head office will not assist to change it for a charger that would fit in South African plugs. We also did not get all the pads as advertised for this model on their website. I bet they will also reject any warranty claim if the unit goes faulty... Sies man.
