EMPTY PROMISES!!

I puchased thi device/entire unit along with the specilised flip flops to aid circulation. I am diabetic and from time to time experience problems with circulation. When i purchased the device , I was assured that it came with a 5 year warranty. I called the agent lst week and once again it was confirmed (5YEAR Warranty) However, i havent heard back and I would like to make use of the deivice especiqlly for the 'ACCUPUNCTURE FUNCTION'. I've recently undergone major surgery and experiencing circulation problems.
