I bought two of these sets of shoes and pads One for my daughter one Dow me Assured me has 3 year warranty.One stopped working face was blue could not see figures Sent them emails over year ago ,can you help .Was easier to get hold off Alan windy .Sent more emIl last week .Noreply These things are not cheap talking thousands per unit .Just wanted some answer can they check it or what must I do Not even one reply Why the sell these things and when there is a problem they go into hiding.
