Very poor service

My couches was covered by this company and when I received it the one was still squeaking a lot! It has been 2 months since Charleen promised they will collect the couch and every time I had to schedule my daily activities and missing appointments around the collection. No communication unless I enquire why they haven't come to collect! I'm totally fed-up with them! Keep your word and improve your customer service please!
