Poor workmanship

I had my leather couch re-upholstered by them in May this year. They quoted me R5600 for re-upholstering the seating and covering it with genuine ox-blood leather. Couple of weeks later they returned the couch in the same state (not re-upholstered), only covered with bonded leather after I paid the full amount as quoted. I reported the poor workmanship a day after receipt towards the end of May. Since then I've been given the run around. I had to continuously follow up to ascertain when they will collect the couch - no accountability from them. Since then they've given me countless unfulfilled promises. The last being that they would collect the couch on 6 July 2015 - still, nothing came of this promise. It seems I will now have to resort to legal action to get value for my money. There's just been no accountability from them since they received their full payment. I've seldom dealt with such an unprofessional and unfaithful business. How can such a supposed reputable business take a customer's payment and not deliver on service promised? Do they have no integrity? I will strongly advise anyone not to make use of this company's service!
