Most shocking service ever

This is the worst Upholsters one will ever come across. I have battled for months to get my leather couch fixed. They charged me an arm and a leg for genuine leather only to find that they have covered it with bonded leather. They further charged me for reupholstery but nothing has been done to the couches. Even after returning the couches to be repaired they return it in same condition after another month. Bernard is the most unprofessional and unreliable businessman I have ever come across. Making empty promises the one after the other. Excuses upon excuses. If I don't follow up I don't get feedback, for weeks unend. The public will be well advised not to use this pathetic company ever. They are unreliable and *************. I'll see them in court!
