Mother of all worst services

The company I used to work for enrolled us to do facilitators, assessor and moderator courses in February 2017. We only managed to do only two through IQ S****s Academy (organized by Circleway College) and we were promised to be called to do the remaining course in a month or two. Upon finishing those courses we were told to expect Statement of results (SOR) which are ETDP- SETA accredited after two weeks and certificates to follow shortly after that. We waited and only got SOR for assessor after 1 month. We kept on calling our facilitator to find out what was happening and even created a whatsapp group and she kept on telling us that she was not in the office. She then gave us an office number and cellphone number of her boss to call and ask him. After few days she told us that unfortunately her boss has passed on so the cellphone numbers won’t go through, we must just be patient because the wife will take over the company after everything has settled. I decided to call Circleway College (Witbank Branch) I was shocked as they told me they know nothing about any SOR or certificates neither people who did those course in their college. I feel so defeated!!
