BAD SERVICE

I called these guys at 07h:00 in the morning asking them if they can do and finish ruber lining on my truck 16h;00, they told me that if i bring it by 08h;00 yes they will finish.

I gave them my truck and also paid them in cash, i sent my guys at 15h:45 and they were not done. So i called in the lady pretended to be checking on the truck then 2 minutes later she said they just finishing triming it.

By 16h;40 they were droping my calls each time i call, how the hell do you take the wholeday just for a simple rubberlinning?

Thats beyond bad service i do not know what to call this, they only think for themselves they do not care about other people.
