NO RESPONSE FROM A MEDICAL PROVIDER

My mother-in-law was recently admitted to Circle Healthcare at Bagleyston Clinic for rehabilitation. I have a couple of concerns which I sent an e-mail to them on the e-mail address from the website and have had no reply. I have also phoned and left a message for a lady by the name of Denise. She has not returned my call either. For eg. last night I went to visit and there was no nursing staff at the nurses station. It was 18:30 and there was no one around. The ward smelt of urine etc. It would be nice to be able to speak to someone in charge to raise my concerns.
