USELESS CIRCLE FINANCE

I don't give any stars just to let you know. This Circle Finance company, I requested a Paid Up Letter and they can't send it to my email, only to the Financial Institution. That's what they tell me! They have the poorest of the poorest customer service in the World. I would not advice ANYONE to do business with them. Please stay away from CIRCLE FINANCE guys.
