<p>At exactly 12:12pm on this day( 20/06/2016) I received a call from a lady that was unreasonably rude, the moment I answered 'hello' she was screaming her lungs out asking,"Sarah, where are you" frightened, I politely ask whom I was speaking to but she chose to answer by still asking me the same question still in a rude manner,she then continued to say" I sent you an SMS telling you to come for an interview"..I immediately made her aware that my phone's screen had crushed and that I could not see messages nor whom is calling, she concluded by saying"yet u funa u msebenzi" meaning yet you say you seek employment and hung up on me. I immediate redialled the number by pressing the green button on my phone to discover its Circle Finance, I explained my story and was transferred to their department, I spoke to a polite gentleman that laughed as I explained my story, out of shock, at the back of my mind asking myself what kind of people are this, I asked why he was laughing and he said he knows whom I'm talking about, And did as I had requested which was to ask this rude lady to call me back and apologize. A few minutes later, she called, not to apologize but to justify herself, still not introducing herself, I had to stop her while she was blaming her rudeness on the network( bad reception) and asked her name which she revealed to be Phumela. Now my worry is, a lot of people seeking employment get broken by people like Phumela, for her ***orkers to know of her character and still do nothing about is quite extreme as we are a country of Ubuntu, now my plea is that the company does something about her as she breaks more than she grows..it puts a very bad signal to potential employees about professionalism when such is experienced.</p> <p> </p> <p>Contact me with your best possible solution about Phumela before I take further action.</p> <p> ********** 955</p>
