poor service

1st off i would like to say i got very poor service from Tumi Amanda and Lucia .<br> <br> they were supposed to confirm my employment this morning they did not do so when ever i call i get transferred to the hole call center with out help and they are rude as well the only person who tried to help me was a lady by the name of Kagiso. i mean Amanda spoke to my Hr lady and she was instructed to send a email at 12 and she never did .when i call the call center they just pass the fone without assisting or trying to assist i also work in a call center and the call center that they have is very poor in service even the Telkom call center are better then what they are i am going to log a complain on facebook as well i hope your management see this
