Debited money from my bank without permission

No team work and no one will assist you they are users. As we speak it has been 7 days trying to refund my money.

The story behind it

" They claim that they had technical issues and deposited money in my account, After i saw money in my account i called them and they sent me their account number to return their money i did it within 24 hours. On my pay day i saw their debit order again, i call them they promised to return it Even today as we speak nothing.... i used lot of my airtime they just say now now we will resolve it.
