Bad Service

I called Circle Finance on the 04 Jan 2019 to apply for a loan and i spoke to a lady by the name of Lucia and she said she will send me and e-mail so i can forward her my documents which she never did and i called her again on 10 Jan 2019 where she confirmed my e-mail address and she still said she will forward me an e-mail, i then asked her to give me her e-mail address so i can send her and she said no she will send me an e-mail which im still waiting for and when i checked on their website they have no e-mail address listed and the loan issue has become urgent and i feel if she did not want to assist me she should have said so from the get go because i feel that this is not the way to do business. Please Help
