Appalling customer service

I called circle finance on the 8 January 2018 asking for a loan and they been saying they verifying they will call me back and no one calls me back..i spoke to a lot of people katlego..thembi and a while lot promising to call and nothing.they act as if they will help while im waisting my time with endless calls and my airtime for nothing..to think i have advertised your company very well and get you customers and today im taken from pillar to post like a fool.its the 23rd today and no one has called or did anything about the loan i requested four weeks back.the staff is not even professional they dont give feedbacm or even care about customers..im disgusted by the way iv been treated by the people whom i advertised for for what??a slap in the face when i need help the most from them..customer service is on 0.00..others even block me on whatsapp when i ask about my loan they keep changing stories all the time.im very disappointed at Circle Finance. A very irate customer ??
