HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

<p>I've had bad experiences at numerous hotels etc. But on the morning of the 20th July around 9:30 standing in the lobby/front desk area of this Circa Hotel , and seeing a young lady ( who's a guest at the hotel too ) being shouted at by the owner/general manager ( not sure of his title ) was the worst experience i've come across in cape town! He shouted at her infront of everyone in the lobby. Why would a GUY of age shout at a young lady after she's paying to stay in his hotel. Reception is rude ( the female ) and just everything about this hotel is sad ( management and staff ) i will not reccomend this hotel not even for one night. </p>
