Cipro bad communication

So I registered a business in March and still have not receive my Company registration documents. <br> This is actually a service I paid for , why should I wait for two freak in months to get serviced by Cipro. <br> <br> Another thing to mention is I called @ 7:58 to see if they open their call lines it was still closed, so at 8:00 am I called again and for some reason the hole of South Africa decided to call in on the same time , that's utter BULL now I have to hold on again because I think people working at Cipro are lazy to pick up phone in the call centre.
