Annual Fees Paidd and Still No CK2B Form or Reply

Paid my outstanding annual fees on the 30th October, On the 4 November i filed a query on your query system online.. received the following ticket number Ticket # [ ***T10535 ] and still my account is not updated it still reflects that i owe an amount of R450.
