Unprofessional Staff!

I bought beauty products and the consultant suggested I come in for a make over. She mentioned that she was off on the day I wanted the make over but she insisted that she'll come in anyway. I called the shop asking if all is in order. The person I spoke to said the lady who was suppose to do the make over said she's not coming in and told her to do it. Now this is where my frustration come in... the lady on the phone then tells me it is my duty to take the personal number of the consultant and make sure all is in order. Shocking! No.1 she's not my friend. No.2 since when does the client call after the staff. No.3 as a business are you not suppose to call the client and tell them that you unable to do the make over but you've made additional arrangements; well in advance. She raised her voice and said this is not her problem and put the phone down... Are you not a team? Do you not work for the same company? Are you not a professional? This is utterly disgusting!
