THESE PEOPLE ARE TRASH! I got their sim card under the impression that i am on a pay as you use contract. I never used the sim because the router i had was not compatible. For a whole year now I've been asking them to cancel. They debit my account various amounts at the beginning of the month, a date i didn't even agree upon. On more than 1 occasion I've been charged by my bank for that debit order. I've been dealing with a man called CHRIS who is apparently the manager however till today i am being billed. Till today my bank is charging me. Till today I'm begging them to CANCEL THE CONTRACT!! These people are highly *********** and I am FED UP!
