Home connect were flawless in their service. From the sign up through to a call to support team to help me get setup there were no issues. Sheruna Gafoor, was instrumental in ensuring communication between metrofibre and home connect went well. She kept me up to date regarding installation and highlighted issues I needed to sort out with a previous ISP. She responded to my emails quickly, which made me feel valued. My line speed has remained constant even during evening peak traffic.
